Deputy Chief Kyle Dugger is a 16-year member of M-LFD Company #3. He was elected to the position of 2nd Lieutenant in 1993 and rose through the ranks as a Company officer, serving as Captain from 1996 to 1998.

Following the completion of his term as Captain, Kyle again served several additional years as a Company #3's Lieutenant. During his many years as an officer, Kyle has been actively involved in all aspects of training. In April 2003, Kyle was elected 4th Deputy Chief of the M-LFD.

He is an NYS Certified Emergency Medical Technician and is employed full-time by the Manhasset-Lakeville Fire District.

Deputy Chief Dugger was married in September 2004 to his wife Jillian. In late October 2005 their daughter, Emerson, was brought into this world.
