Chief of Department Kyle Dugger has been a member of Manhasset-Lakeville F.D. Company 3 since June 20th, 1990.

Chief Dugger was elected 2nd Lieutenant of Company 3 in March 1993, and rose through the ranks as a company officer, serving as Captain from March 1996-1998.

Following the completion of his term as Captain, Kyle served several additional years as a Lieutenant in Company 3. On April 3rd, 2003, Kyle was elected 4th Deputy Chief of the Manhasset-Lakeville F.D., and on April 8th, 2010, he was sworn in as the 40th Chief of Department.

During his many years as an officer, Kyle has been actively involved in all aspects of training. He is a NYS Certified Emergency Medical Technician and is a full time equipment and building maintenance supervisor.

Chief Dugger was married in September 2004 to his wife Jillian. In late October 2005 their daughter Emerson was brought into this world, and on May 26th, 2008 their son Gavin Andre was born.
