At around 1400
hours on Sunday, January 14th, 2007, the Manhasset-Lakeville
Ambulance Unit was alerted to motor vehicle accident in
front of 220 Lakeville Road. Deputy Chief Pitzer (8704)
was the first unit to respond, and was advised by the
dispatcher that the Lake Success Police Department was
on scene requesting an ambulance.
Ambulance 8769, Fly Car 8799 and DC8704 all arrived on
the scene at the same time. Upon DC8704's arrival, he
confirmed a two car motor vehicle accident with one car
going through a small concrete barrier and multiple NCPD
ambulances on the scene. A8769 handled two RMA’s,

All units were released from the scene by DC8704 within
