On
Sunday, June 24th, 2007 at 2258 hours, M-LFD Company #3
and the Ambulance Unit were toned out to the intersection
of Northern Boulevard and Lakeville Road. Deputy Chief
Pitzer (8704) and EMS Fly Car 8799 were the first units
to respond to the alarm and were advised by dispatch that
M-LFD Ambulance Unit Ex-Captain Levine was on the scene
reporting a two car motor vehicle accident with multiple
aided.
Within minutes, Ambulances 8767 and 8769, as well as
Heavy Rescue 8730 responded to the scene. Three patients
were transported via M-LFD ambulances to North Shore University
Hospital. |
