Chief of Department Joseph Antonelli joined the Manhasset-Lakeville Fire Department and Company #4 in November of 2009. He was elected as Company 4's 2nd Lieutenant in 2015. He then served as 1st Lieutenant from 2017 to 2019 and as Captain from 2019 to June of 2020 when he was elected 4th Deputy Chief. Due to an injury sustained by the Chief of Department at the time, Joe served as "8704C" or "radio liasion" from November 2019-June 2020 to give the four deputy chiefs a hand with scene management. Joe was elected Chief of Department on April 4, 2024. Chief Antonelli is the biggest New York Yankees and New York Giants fan in the department. |
